Gam-2008 natural gamma ray online ash meter is the latest generation of online ash meter developed by Alpha, which introduces the digestion and absorption technology of similar foreign products and adopts the most advanced natural gamma ray detection technology in combination with the actual situation of industrial sites. The ash meter is suitable for on-line monitoring of ash on various belt conveyors in the occasions of coal mine shaft, underground raw coal, coal washing plant feeding coal, power plant feeding coal and so on.

Conveyor coal flow load detection device (electronic belt weigher), environmental radiation shield (upper and lower), gamma ray detector, gamma energy spectrum analysis and processing instrument (field instrument), upper computer, special analysis software for nuclear data.

1. No radioactive sources: no radiation safety hazards, more secure; Simplified management, no management related to radioactive sources, low operating costs.
2. Strong real-time performance: the effective ash content can be measured for as little as 10 seconds, far better than the real-time performance of active ash analyzer.

3. Strong adaptability: no limit on ash upper limit, no limit on coal flow rate (surface density), suitable for common belt conveyor, steel wire belt coal ash measurement. This aspect active ash analyzer can not do.

Ngam-2008 is sampling detection of the ash signal, surface and density in the full section of the conveyor, and the ash data is more accurate and representative.

7. Integration of ash output: since it is a full range of detection, ngam-2008 can provide accurate ash and accurate output data of coal on the belt conveyor at the same time. Full function: introduce the data of coal moisture content, automatically calculate the calorific value index of coal in real time.

6. Characteristic parameter presetting: 8 kinds of coal characteristic spectral line parameters can be preset。

7. Calorific value function: water measurement interface is reserved to automatically calculate the calorific value (calorific value) of coal based on ash data.
